Ciao caro cliente, come stai? Vorrei iniziare ringraziandovi per l'opportunità di partecipare a questo progetto. È stata una sfida eccellente, tenendo sempre conto delle vostre richieste e necessità. Sono stata molto felice del risultato finale e spero che piaccia anche a voi!

Accedendo alla proprietà, è possibile vedere il garage che è stato ristrutturato, ma mantenuto nello stesso posto, in quanto è abbastanza funzionale.
La piscina è stata installata davanti alla casa e accanto al garage. È composta da un ponte retrattile (che può eventualmente coprire la piscina), da una cascata in pietra e da un bel giardino intorno, ed è anche sopraelevata come richiesto.

Sul lato sinistro della piscina, ho progettato un percorso in pietra e blocchi di legno, che conduce a una sorta di patio, proprio di fronte agli accessi principali della casa, e in esso è stato progettato uno spazio per un camino a pavimento e uno spazio libero per il tempo libero.

Dove si trovano i condizionatori d'aria, abbiamo progettato un pannello di listelli di legno verniciati di bianco, che servisse non solo come elemento decorativo, ma anche come protezione. Accanto a questo pannello, ho progettato un'altra aiuola per la vegetazione e un sentiero che dà accesso al retro della proprietà.

Abbiamo mantenuto l'attuale posizione dell'area gourmet e abbiamo esteso la panca con il barbecue verso l'esterno, installando una grande panca di fronte ad essa, per la zona pranzo e il tempo libero.

Accanto a questa zona gastronomica, è possibile vedere il resto del giardino con divani e poltrone per lo svago e il riposo, e una piccola palestra sotto una struttura in legno, seguendo lo stesso stile e i colori della residenza.

Come ho detto all'inizio, è stata una sfida fantastica progettare questa casa, potete essere certi che ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per servirvi al meglio. Hello dear client, how are you? I would like to start by thanking you for the opportunity to participate in this project. It was an excellent challenge, always taking into account your requests and needs. I was very happy with the end result and hope you like it too!

Upon accessing the property, you can see the garage that has been renovated but kept in the same place, as it is quite functional.
The pool has been installed in front of the house and next to the garage. It consists of a retractable deck (which can eventually cover the pool), a stone waterfall and a nice garden around it, and it is also elevated as requested.

On the left side of the pool, I designed a path made of stone and wooden blocks, which leads to a kind of patio, right in front of the main entrances of the house, and in it is designed a space for a floor fireplace and a free space for recreation.

Where the air conditioners are located, we designed a panel of wooden slats painted white, which would serve not only as a decorative element, but also as protection. Next to this panel, I designed another flowerbed for vegetation and a path giving access to the back of the property.

We kept the current location of the gourmet area and extended the bench with the barbecue outward, installing a large bench in front of it for the dining and leisure area.

Next to this gourmet area, you can see the rest of the garden with sofas and armchairs for recreation and rest, and a small gymnasium under a wooden structure, following the same style and colors of the residence.

As I said at the beginning, it was a fantastic challenge to design this house, you can be sure that every detail has been thought out to serve you best.
