Three different functional units can be seen inside the garden: a place for enjoyment and rest, a swimming pool, and a place for lunch. Different textures can be observed in all units. The pool, dimensions 4x8, is located on a wooden platform that is raised +40 from the ground and in this way is leveled with the already existing terrace, so that the difference in height no longer exists. The location of the swimming pool has been studiously thought out and therefore it is placed in the best place in the yard, because it can provide privacy, it is close to the shower, as well as next to the terrace that is accessed from the house (from the kitchen), which is very good. There is also a firepit near the pool area, which completes the whole look of the new yard. Also, in the yard there is a wooden pergola, which is on the side of the street and the neighbor, protected from the view of passers-by. Under the pergola there is a large and beautiful summer kitchen with a bar, a large dining table and a TV. Space is also left for tall and low greenery, as well as grass, which gives the garden a perfect look. High greenery is located along the fence to provide privacy. The main paths are paved with large concrete slabs that give a modern look to the yard, which are laid on gravel.. You can also see wooden edges that are located between different materials (for example grawel and grass), so that they do not mix. There is also a place for a shower in the yard.
The full picture of the yard can be seen in the evening. The lamps were placed to illuminate the main road, the tall trees, the staircase, the pool and the pergola, thus creating a real romantic atmosphere in the beautiful modern courtyard.
During the design, it was taken into account that the entire yard would be very functional.
