In base alle vostre esigenze e dopo aver analizzato la situazione e le condizioni del progetto, siamo giunti alla conclusione che abbiamo due alternative al piano terra, in modo da poter avere un ingresso bello e funzionale creando un adeguato filtro di ingresso e utilizzando scarpe e vestiti accanto. Così, definendo l'ingresso, gli spazi privati sono completamente separati dagli spazi pubblici.
Nella sezione soggiorno e cucina di Alternative One si è cercato di separare lo spazio cucina dal soggiorno, ed è anche possibile separare completamente questo spazio creando una porta scorrevole e creando una zona pranzo nella spazio abitativo, sono stati forniti tutti gli spazi necessari per un soggiorno e una cucina.
Nell'Alternativa 2, per il piano terra, si è cercato di aprire la cucina e creare uno spazio continuo accostandolo al soggiorno. e per soddisfare tutte le esigenze di questo progetto creando una sala da pranzo lungo l'isola della cucina.
Al secondo piano, destinando il bagno esistente alla camera da letto del lato nord, è stato ricavato un ideale master e un guardaroba. E considerando le situazioni del progetto, ha trasformato l'attuale guardaroba in un bagno in comune per bambini. Infine, mantenendo la stanza studio che può essere utilizzata come camera per gli ospiti, tutte le esigenze sono state soddisfatte al secondo piano.
Al secondo piano, vista l'esistenza di un'ampia terrazza, si è cercato di creare una zona pranzo coperta da un pergolato e relativo barbecue, oltre all'utilizzo di uno spazio verde e solarium sul lato sud della terrazza. , questo spazio si trasforma in un terrazzo vivibile. Rendilo dinamico in modo che possa essere utilizzato in ogni momento.
Abbiamo anche trasformato il seminterrato in uno spazio per giocare a biliardo e un bar, secondo le vostre esigenze, che è collegato al cortile, ed è praticamente diventato uno spazio completamente divertente.

In Alternative 2, for the ground floor, an attempt has been made to open the kitchen and create a continuous space by combining it with the living room. and to meet all the needs of this project by creating a dining room along the kitchen island.
On the second floor, by allocating the existing bathroom to the bedroom on the north side, an ideal master has been created along with a wardrobe. And considering to the project situations, turned the current wardrobe room to a shared bath for children. Finally by keeping the studio room which can use as a guest room, All needs were met on the second floor.
On the second floor, due to the existence of a large terrace, we tried to create a dining space that is covered with a pergola and its barbecue, as well as the use of a green space and sun deck on the south side of the terrace, this space turns into a living terrace. Make it dynamic so that it can be used at all times.
We also turned the basement into a space for playing billiards and a bar, according to your needs, which is connected to the backyard, and it has practically become a completely entertaining space.
