Outdoor Landscape Concept
The outdoor layout incorporates a clean, linear, and grid-based geometric design to establish a structured, harmonious transition between the residence and the garden. The chicken coop is temporarily positioned directly behind the garage to respect the current design scope, which is focused strictly on the main entrance, front elevation, mountain-side section, and parking area. In the next development phase, the full farm and animal area will be permanently constructed across the open plot on the eastern side of the property. Please note that the surrounding external views and background context shown in the visual renderings and site plan are purely illustrative and do not reflect the exact real-world surroundings.

Indoor Layout Concept
The interior spatial strategy prioritizes functional flow, structural alignment, and daily efficiency through the following core solutions:
- Space-Efficient Storage: The 3-meter IKEA seasonal wardrobe is relocated to the Ground Floor laundry room to optimize storage capacity and maintain uncluttered circulation on the First Floor.
- Ergonomic Kitchen Workflow: The pantry is positioned directly adjacent to the main kitchen layout to create an intuitive, seamless transition between food preparation and storage zones.
- Vertical Plumbing Alignment: The Ground Floor powder room and First Floor bathroom are stacked vertically above one another to streamline MEP routing and maximize overall plumbing efficiency.
- Daylight Optimization: Window openings from the original structure have been strategically resized and repositioned to maximize natural daylight, capture key outdoor views, and align precisely with the new interior room divisions.
