Starting with the demands of the client, the heart of the project is built around the idea of creating a small but harmonious style house SchabbyChic, exploiting all possible spaces
.At First level, find a place area, where by the choice of suitable furniture, you have the option of determining three environments, Living-Dining-room letto. this is a summer housing solution,the kitchen area with further room was placed in the balcony .
Here is placed a removable wooden structure, by way of pergola that doubles as a winter cover, so that it can be used on weekends autunnali.The service area has been reorganized and expanded where they already exist . A scale model SAMBA (with under stair used as a storeroom) positioned in the living leads on the floor loft, height ,sacrificed leads to the loft height sacrificed but useful for an additional bed and a large wardrobe. Partendo dalle richieste della committenza, il cuore del progetto si sviluppa intorno all'idea di creare una piccola ma armoniosa casa in stile SchabbyChic, sfruttando tutti gli spazi possibili.Al primo livello, trova posto un area, in cui mediante la scelta di opportuni arredi, si ha la possibilità di determinare ben tre ambienti,Living-Pranzo-Camera da letto.Essendo questa una soluzione abitativa,prettamente estiva, la zona cucina con ulteriore pranzo è stata collocata nel balcone .Qui trova posto una struttura amovibile in legno, a mo di pergolato che funge anche da copertura invernale, cosi che questa possa essere utilizzata anche nei weekend autunnali.La zona dei servizi è stata riorganizzata ed ampliata li dove già esisteva.Una scala modello SAMBA(con sotto scala adibito a ripostiglio) posizionata nel living conduce al piano soppalcato , dall'altezza sacrificata ma utile per un ulteriore letto matrimoniale ed un ampia armadiatura.
Inoltre qui per favorire l'illuminazione sono stati predisposti due lucernari. Per i rivestimenti dell 'area living si è scelto una paletta di colori che vanno dal celeste al beige, accompagnati da una pavimentazione decorativa.
Il soppalco verrà realizzato in travi di legno e pancali bianchi.
