Dear Client,
I have provided two floor plans that I believe will help you visualize and create the home you desire.
In the first option, I focused on the rooms' privacy requirements. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are located on the north side of the building, facing the street, while the primary bedroom and study face the internal courtyard.
For the second option, the living room and primary bedroom are facing the internal courtyard. This option provides us with a wider primary bedroom and a walk-in closet. The laundry room is integrated with the kitchen cabinets that will be closed by either a folding or sliding door.
In both of the floor plans, the kitchen will have a wide sliding door separating it from the living room, but still have the option to be one large space.
