A curved wall that connects living room and kitchen is the theme of this design. In the center a small staircase to the terrace. The bathroom without window has the advantage of leaving the other rooms with more light and air. The terrace with curtains has the advantage of avoiding overheating of the floor .Every element of my design must be verified according to technical and urban feasibility and third party rights .
Nella mia idea progettuale un muro curvo determina il passaggio tra soggiorno e cucina e al centro una piccola scala per il terrazzo. Il bagno senza finestra ha il vantaggio di lasciare cucina e soggiorno con piu' luce e aria. Il terrazzo con la pergola permette parzialmente di limitare il surriscaldamento della soletta con il sole estivo. Ogni aspetto della mia idea deve essere prima verificata nella sua effettiva fattibilita' dal punto di vista tecnico e urbanistico e degli altri diritti di terzi.
