We present our proposals for the re-layout of the office space into family apartments. We have two options, as indicated by the client's demands. the first option divides the space into two 3-room apartments with almost equal space. The second option divides the space into 3 apartments: one 3-room apartment, one 2-room apartment, and a studio apartment.
The existing window openings are changed to accommodate the new rooms/activities of the family apartments. Each window height is 160 cm, with different widths. Details of the widths can be found in the dwg file of the floorplans.
