After reviewing and analyzing the project and your needs, and according to the location of the land and the restrictions imposed by the municipality, we tried to design all your needs in the form of a modern villa with the general idea of a villa in the city.
As it is clear in the maps and pictures, we have tried to take help from the contours of the land in the formation of the volume of the villa. We have tried to emphasize the connection of the villa with nature by using natural materials on the facade of the building and separate it from the urban space. .
One of the features of the project is the lack of direct communication between the neighbors and the private space on the south side, which can create a cozy and peaceful atmosphere.
One of the reasons why the idea of separating the parking space from the main building was that when we enter the main building of the villa, we will feel that we have stepped out of urban relations into a house in the heart of nature.
By placing guest parking spaces behind the building, in addition to filtering the parking space compared to the main building, we have tried to provide a part of the necessary energy in the villa by creating a suitable platform for using solar energy as a canopy in this space.

One of the features of the interior design of the building, considering the continuity that existed in the living room, kitchen, and TV area, has been tried to be visually emphasized by creating a fireplace and placing it centrally in relation to the separation of these spaces.
In the design of the bedrooms, we tried to achieve a harmonious placement and design with the overall interior spaces according to the necessary needs of these spaces. The maid's room is located in the entrance area and is completely separated from the private spaces.
