The spaces are organized into 3 sectors; service, social and intimate. The service sector is on the left, adjacent to the road for easy access to the house. The intimate sector is on the right to ensure privacy. The social sector is at the centre with clear views to the swimming pool and the front courtyard. These sectors are accommodated into varying volumes with separate functions that make up the form of the house.
Large windows create spaciousness in the rooms.
The living room and the pool shed each have a folding door, which when fully open, blur the line between indoors and outdoors. Furthermore, the living room has clerestory windows for more indirect lighting, a higher ceiling height. The higher ceiling contributes to a varying volume of the social space.
