Hi Patrizio, my name is Ana, I am an interior designer and happy to present my project for your B&B.
I tried to use the layout of the walls as it is, with minor changes, represented in the file FP4. You can see which walls are supposed to be demolished and where should be built the new ones.
Every room is more than 14 sqm and has its bathroom.
There is a space for luggage and coats beside the door and also a wardrobe. You can see there is a coffee corner in front of the window, as well as a TV unit and work/makeup desk in every room.
In a common space, I managed to fit a kitchen, dining table for 6, and a small lounge area. There is also a TV unit on the wall above the table and a green wall to create a more pleasant atmosphere. Also, I've added some benches in the hall, for chill and small chats.
In the lower right corner of the plan, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and closet for linen, tools, and cleaning products.
