The reallocation of spaces could be carried out with minimal work, demolishing some walls, removing and covering doors, opening passages and building an intimate distributor hall that allows not only to comply with the regulations on access to the bathroom from living areas but also achieves a connection direct with the bedroom. All the walls are what they are, except for the dividers of the aforementioned intimate hall. It is worth clarifying regarding the issue of measurements, they were taken based on the plan on graph paper since the uploaded DWG does not have any reference level and shows different proportions from the old cadastre plan.
