Firstly, thank you for the amazing opportunity.
Secondly, my very first idea is to use the space efficiently and avoid wasting it. In the entrance, both units have an entry closet for hanging clothes and possibly a shoe cabinet. Furthermore, the kitchen and dining areas are located next to each other for better access. Bathroom and bedroom are situated close to each other for the latter reason.
I used a linear closet type in order to save space and increase the storage area. That’s the reason why I could add a desk for business travelers for a more convenient stay.
Finally, for Better understanding of the space, I created a 3D FLOOR PLAN to help you comprehend it perfectly.
