Obiettivo del frazionamento è stata la creazione del massimo numero di alloggi possibile, nel rispetto comunque degli standard e del comfort abitativo. La suddivisione ha così portato a identificare due monolocali (di 28,00 mq., pari alla prescrizione normativa) e un bilocale, al quale comprensibilmente è stato attribuito l'affaccio migliore. I due monolocali sono composti da un alloggio monostanza, che permette la collocazione di una cucina con bancone snack/tavolo e di un divano facilmente convertibile in letto; gli spazi sono stati sfruttati il più possibile per posizionare armadiature e si è cercato di collocare il divano/letto in una posizione filtrata rispetto all'ingresso. I bagni sono dotati di antibagno, come da legge, che funge anche da lavanderia e ripostiglio. Il bilocale si compone invece di una zona giorno con cucina, pranzo e zona tv/conversazione e di una camera letto di dimensioni regolamentari (14,00 mq., come da normativa). La zona notte è disimpegnata da un antibagno, dove è stata creata una nicchia per posizionare la lavatrice e fungere da piccolo ripostiglio. Anche questo bagno, come gli altri due, è dotato di ampia e confortevole doccia. Nei tre alloggi sono stati anche creati ribassamenti in cartongesso, utili ad integrare l'impiantistica e, contemporanemente, a connotare le varie zone funzionali degli appartamenti.

The objective of the division was the creation of the maximum number of accommodation possible, in any case respecting the standards and living comfort. The subdivision has thus led to the identification of two one-room apartments (28.00 sq.m., equal to the regulatory prescription) and one two-room apartment, which has understandably been given the best view. The two studios consist of a single room accommodation, which allows the placement of a kitchen with snack / table counter and a sofa that can easily be converted into a bed; the spaces were exploited as much as possible to place wardrobes and an attempt was made to place the sofa / bed in a filtered position with respect to the entrance. The bathrooms are equipped with dressing rooms, as required by law, which doubles as a laundry room and closet. The two-room apartment consists of a living area with kitchen, dining room and TV / conversation area and a bedroom with a regulatory size (14.00 m2, as per legislation). The sleeping area is disengaged from an anteroom, where a niche has been created to position the washing machine and act as a small closet. Also this bathroom, like the other two, has a large and comfortable shower. Plasterboard lowerings have also been created in the three apartments, useful for integrating the systems and, at the same time, for connoting the various functional areas of the apartments.
