The space is quite interesting and because of it's square shape, we can divide it and not lose may meters in corridors or unused corners. So we decited to go with 2 proposals, 2 versions of how this space can be divited. So you can choose what's best acording to your needs.
VERSION 1:
3 apartments (1 bedroom, living room and kitchen/dinning, 1 wc) approximately 33 s.m. each (29 - 33 - 35). 2 of them have balcony and 1 only windows. There is the basic furniture on the floorplan (sofa, armchair and coffee table for the living room / the kitchen counter has markings every 60 cm - which is the basic dimension for the appliances (fridge, oven, stove, washing machine) and also sink and cupboards) /table and chairs for dinning / bed with bedside tables and closet / shower, water basin and wash basin for the WC / and also some extra cupboards or shelves or closets).
The files contain:
- the basic floor plan with furniture
- the floorplan with colored functions of the apartment and a basic 3d plan of the apartment with walls and doors.
- 3d plans of each apartment seperetly - so you can see every space
- the floor plan with dimensions (there are also some basic dimensions for diastances in the bathroom or for corridors etc - so you can see it has been taken into acount how to move in comfort).
- finally there is a file with tips and suggestions for organizing your space and smart ideas for maximazing your space.
(this is for version 1 & 2 also)
VERSION 2:
2 apartments (1 bedroom, 1 living room, kitchen and dinning, 1 wc) approximately 50 s.m. each - with balcony . There is also the basic fusniture as above. In this version both bathrooms are side to side - so we can have joined plumbing. Also we can use the plumbing (water supply etc) of the original wc for the kitchen of B1.
Finally: on both versions we tried to use windows and balcony for maximum natural light. - the bedroom of version 1 / A1 apartment is the only one without window or balcony door, but we can use a glass wall or seperator for the joined wall of the living room or have no wall at all.Every space has its authenticity, is autonomus but also connects with the others.
