The 2-nd version (has 3 apartments one with 2 rooms and open kitchen and living, bathroom, and 2 other apartments with 1 bedroom and open kitchen and living and also bathroom). The idea\ concept is based on that you will rent it for students I organized it in a flexible way to accommodate more people using the space rationally and also natural light and ventilation.
