I think everything is clear in the plan, But concerning the place of the bathroom, There was no way to let the bathroom be on its primitive place if we wanted two apartments. Now the bathrooms of both apartments are almost in the middle of the floor, And also they are next to each other for less piping.
َAbout the kitchen of the top apartment, The primitive place of the kitchen was the only choice because we couldn't put any other function on that small area. However we couldn't fit the refrigerator there too, so we must put it in the nearest place outside which you can see on the plan. If the place of the refrigerator is bothering you, You can also separate the refrigerator (or actually the kitchen area) with the living room by a separating wall which could be a decorative wall too.
About the laundry, I put the laundry space next to the closet in both apartments. You can also hide it behind a door like closet doors.
