Dear client, as required we divided the land into 4 houses with 3 story each of them with courtyard in the center for comunal space.

For the basement area we create garage, laundry and service area. For the first floor we create living area, dining area, kitchen and guest wc. For the second floor we create bathroom, 2 bedrooms which one of them a master bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet. For the top floor we create an open space with small garden.
