My main goal was to create a creative, functional and easily sustainable project.
I respected all the parameters given to you.
The building consists of four apartments, each of which has its own quality. The ventilation is natural and well organized because I took care of the sun and the northern orientation. All cold rooms are to the north and the property is open to the south with private ports and terraces. There are stairs in the center of the building. I have one comfortable staircase that connects the garage with the ground floor and first floor, so all apartment users will be satisfied. I was a respected standard in the construction and dimensions of the rooms. I imagine that the construction should be made of concrete pillars and beams and that can be practical.
