The objective of the project is the remodeling of a small nautical warehouse to transform it into a residence with a cozy interior and an open area to the exterior.
Regarding with the client's requests, the existing structure was preserved and the openings were enlarged to generate a better connection with the exterior. An small kitchen room was included with an undercounter refrigerator to have as big space as possible.
The bathroom has two entrances, one outside and one inside with a sliding door to optimize space. It has a sink and two showers, one inside with a tray and the other outside, complying with what was requested by the client.
The staircase was redesigned to make it safer and generate a partially closed sector in which the outdoor shower is located
In the outside a rest and dining area is proposed, made up of a deck floor and a pergola, from which you can enjoy the views of the outside. And a roof with a wooden floor which provides visual comfort, a heat-resistant and it is hard enoguht in order to serve a small boat storage.
