We tried to make the design as you requested in the brief
we designed the warehouse into two areas
living area with a large sofa bed and a kitchenette with dining counter
we opened large glass wall in front of the sea view
and a large sliding door as an entrance from the garden to enlarge the view from the sofa bed
we also made a bathroom with shower and sink and toilet
with an external shower to be used in the summer as you mentioned
We added a pergola in the garden with sofa and 2 chairs for relaxation
and we added rails to the stairs to make it more safe and access to the roof that can be used for sunbathing
in the interior we tried to use light colors like beige to make the space warm and calm
while looking to the view to the sea or to the garden
