Concept is made of three main zones - public, buffer and private/workspace zone. Buffer zone is made to serve both guests and hosts - there is meeting room connected (if needed, after meeting) with kitchenette. Kitchenette and other services needed are placed in corridor which makes it reachable easy and from any of three directions - public, meeting, workers.
The only wall in the space is the orange glass wall for the buffer zone. Colour will be Your decision, of course.
Workers have big private area, desks are faced to the wall which opens many possibilities in interior design.
