I have worked out three options X,Y,&W.Every option have at least living room with kitchen (solutions with modular and can be separated with rest of living room) 3 bathroom ,1 master bedroom, kids room, guest room & studio/study room. basically i have planned all three options with these room common and i have placed rain coat,shoes rack and single seat next to main entry in every options.
Highlights for each plan are as follows :-
OPTION X- 3 bathrooms(each attached to master bedrooms and kids ,1 common toilet with 1 laundry room and a large studio.Guestroom will use toilet-3 .
OPTION Y-same as option X except the LOCATION OF GUEST ROOM.
OPTION W-completely different planning with
1.MASTER BEDROOM HAVE A WALK IN CLOSET WITH ATTACHED TOILET.(TOTAL TOILET -3)
2.SEPARATE LAUNDRY ROOM THAT IS PLACED NEXT TO KITCHEN.
3.LOCATION OF LIVING ROOM NEXT EXISTING KITCHEN(PLAN UPLOADED BY YOU).
4.GUEST ROOM WILL USE TOILET-2
