The project involves the total renovation of an apartment located in Rome
The renovation project involves a new distribution of the interior spaces so as to give the apartment a more modern look and meet the customer's needs.
With the new distribution the apartment is divided as follows:
upon entering we find ourselves in a large living area with open kitchen on the living room. The current storage room is demolished and its surface is incorporated into the living room. Entering on our right there is a wardrobe to be used as a wardrobe and on the left a closet. The living room is spacious and in addition to the space for an equipped wall and the sofa there is space for a comfortable wardrobe. The kitchen area is large enough to have a working environment.
A door leads us into the sleeping area where we find a double bedroom equipped with a walk-in closet and private bathroom, a comfortable double bedroom, the main bathroom and the laundry room which is obtained by closing the small balcony with a glass window on the outside.
All the rooms, including the two bathrooms and the laundry room, have a window to the outside.
To make the most of the rooms it is advisable to choose sliding fixtures and small sanitary fixtures for the bathroom inside the master bedroom.



Il progetto prevede la ristrutturazione totale di un appartamento sito in Roma
Il progetto di ristrutturazione prevede una nuova distribuzione degli spazi interni così da dare all'appartamento un aspetto più moderno e soddisfa le esigenze del cliente.
Con la nuova distribuzione l'appartamento è così suddiviso:
entrando ci troviamo in una ampia zona giorno con cucina a vista sul soggiorno. Viene demolito l'attuale ripostiglio e la superficie dello stesso viene incorporata al soggiorno. Entrando sulla nostra destra si trova un armadio da adibire a guardaroba e sulla sinistra un ripostiglio. L'ambiente soggiorno è spazioso e oltre allo spazio per una parete attrezzata ed il divano vi è spazio per un comodo armadio. La zona cucina è di dimensioni sufficienti per avere un ambiente funzionante.
Una porta ci immette nella zona notte dove troviamo una camera matrimoniale accessoriata da cabina armadio e bagno privato, una comoda camera doppia, il bagno principale e la lavanderia che viene ricavata chiudendo il piccolo balcone con vetrata sull'esterno.
Tutti gli ambienti, compresi i due bagni e la lavanderia sono dotati di finestra verso l'esterno.
Per sfruttare al meglio gli ambienti si consiglia di scegliere infissi scorrevoli e per il bagno interno alla camera matrimoniale sanitari di dimensioni ridotte.
