The distribution of the appartment is based on the client requirements, the orentation and location. The direct entry to the living room gives the posibility of having a opened area where the dining room is also located. On the back we can access to the TV room, the kitchen, one bathroom, one bedroom, one main bedroom with its bathroom. I thought about the TV room as an space that could be changed depending on the number of people living in the house, could be the dining room and have a larger living room, or it could be another bedroom. The main bedroom is orientated to the east so it can get the sun in the morning.
