In this project, I have tried to respect the main demands and to create functional, pleasant, and welcoming apartment.
The plan is designed to take into consideration all existing structural and drain columns.
It includes:
- A nice entrance with closet.
- A living area, well ventilated and overlooks the park. It accommodates a large L sofa, TV, TV unit, bookshelves, a formal dining table ( large table and six chairs) and a home office with wall shelves.
- The kitchen and the living room are separated by sliding doors. It gives you the possibility to have them in one open space or two separated spaces.
- The kitchen is large and functional, with modern island, built-in fridge 60X60, oven dishwasher and a cooker.
- The common bathroom accommodates :WC, bidet, shower, lavatory and washing machine.
- The children's room is furnished with a double bed and a closet.
-The master bedroom is well oriented with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The glazed door of the bathroom allows you to view the park from the master bedroom.
The entire apartment is divided into two areas, a living area and a night area by a well designed corridor.
