The project goal was to optimize the spaces in functional and compatible with the client's needs.
The entrance has been moved to enjoy the living area with the view on the park. A wall of wooden slats divides the filter area from the kitchen, which despite being connected to the whole living, enjoys a separation from everything, else. The idea of ​​the wall in strips is repeated both in the wall equipped for the TV at the entrance and for the head of the double bed.In addition, the living area connects with a small hallway in which a comfortable wardrobe that can be used as a bookcase or closet.
From here,you enter in the sleeping area, also disengaged, which is accessed through sliding flush doors.
At least one bathroom has natural ventilation, and this can be used as a laundry and it’s equipped with a washing machine and any shelving.
