Per realizzare il progetto di ampliamento e restauro della zona giorno è stato pensato un disegno per separare gli spazi con diverse funzioni abitative. In questo modo gli spazi per ogni zona giorno saranno ampi e senza intrecciarsi tra loro. Verranno create 4 aree, Una zona lounge con divano a L e poltrona orientata verso la parete TV. La zona pranzo sarà sul lato destro della porta d'ingresso e sarà separata da una parete decorativa con elementi verticali in legno, in questa zona ci sarà un tavolo da pranzo per 8 persone. La zona cucina avrà la cucina esistente senza apportare modifiche, qui verrà collocato un ampio bancone con panche per consumare la colazione e per aggiungere la superficie del tavolo di cottura e stoccaggio. L'ingresso può essere separato da una doppia porta a soffietto dal resto della zona giorno. L'ultima zona che verrà creata sarà l'ingresso con separazione visiva dalla zona cucina attraverso una libreria ed elementi decorativi in legno. Sotto gli scivoli sarà posizionato un divanetto che servirà per indossare scarpe leggere e anche questo spazio potrà essere utilizzato per leggere o come zona relax più separata dal resto del soggiorno, sul lato destro della porta d'ingresso. verrà creata una parete divisoria con la sala da pranzo e in questa parete saranno collocati i mobili per posizionare le scarpe oltre ad uno specchio da vedere prima di uscire di casa. La zona ingresso è progettata per guardare liberamente solo sulla parete TV quando una persona entra in casa per evitare la comparsa di altre zone che potrebbero essere più ingombranti. Nella zona notte verrà creata una camera singola con letti singoli, scrivania studio, armadio, e una comoda poltrona orientata verso una TV a parete. Verrà creato un wc con accesso dal corridoio che da un lato fungerà da lavanderia con arredo per lavatrice e asciugatrice, dall'altro ci saranno vanity e wc. Il nuovo design avrà linee pulite e verranno utilizzati colori chiari. Le pareti in diverse parti saranno ricoperte con carta da parati di colore chiaro e il resto sarà dipinto con un colore grigio molto chiaro.

The last area that will be created will be the entrance with a visual separation from the kitchen area through a library and decorative wood elements. Under the slides will be placed a small sofa that will be used to wear shoes lightly and also this space can be used to read or as a relaxation area more separate from the rest of the living room, on the right side of the front door. a partition wall will be created with the dining room and in this wall will be placed furniture to place the shoes as well as a mirror to be seen before leaving the house. The entrance area is designed to look freely only on the TV wall when a person enters the house to avoid the appearance of other areas that may be more cluttered. The night area will be created a single bedroom with single beds, a study desk, wardrobe, and a comfortable armchair oriented towards a wall-mounted TV. A toilet will be created with access from the corridor which on one side will function as a laundry with furniture for washer and dryer, on the other side there will be vanity and toilet. The new design will have clean lines and light colors will be used. The walls in different parts will be covered with light-colored wallpaper and the rest will be painted with a very light gray color.
