Fiorital is a company that has been working for over 40 years in the fishing industry at international level. We are innovative, we love challanges, and we are known as new ideas bearers. We operate both as fish wholesaler (fresh and frozen), also in the Horeca sector, and in the b2c sector (we have our own restaurants, two small stores, and we are in the main mass retail channels with our ready-to-use products).
We are a consumer-centered company, and this leads us to invest everyday in research and development, quality and food safety in order to sell only the best products, as if they were produced for ourselves and our families.
We are looking for someone able to represent our DNA by reinventing our exhibition stand. Some keywords of our philosophy are: quality, food safety, simplicity, elegance, cleanliness, freshness, emotions, sustainability, and innovation.
We have three stand dimensions: 20sqm, 35sqm, and 120sqm. We are looking for a design format of 120sqm that is modular and can be therefore composed and decomposed according to the space availability in (each of) the future (other) fairs. In the stand there must be room for:
– some tables and chairs;
– a simple kitchen suitable for show-cooking initiatives (equipped with microwave, countertops, sink, refrigerated display counters, waste area);
– two refrigerator aisles showing our products;
– a quite small storage room with coffee machine;
– two offices for (more) private meetings and negotiations;
– two information areas to engage our customers and tell them about us (both off-line and digital tolls).
We want our place to be functional to our processes but unique at the same time. This is why we are here. To innovate in the fish industry is not an easy task and we believe that no innovation can exist without a profound knowledge of tradition.

40 anni di ricerca e impegno profondi, 40 anni di scelte spesso controcorrente, 40 anni che non consideriamo un traguardo, ma un importante punto d’inizio. È questa nostra volontà di migliorarci costantemente che ci ha portato a divenire l’azienda leader del mercato ittico nazionale ed europeo, grazie a un’organizzazione efficiente, all’avanguardia e sempre dedita a offrire la più alta qualità possibile. In Fiorital operiamo sia come grossisti (di pesce fresco e congelato), anche nel settore Horeca, sia nel settore B2C, con i nostri ristoranti, due piccoli punti vendita e la presenza nella GDO con prodotti pronti all’uso.
Siamo un’azienda focalizzata sul consumatore e per questo investiamo ogni giorno in ricerca e sviluppo, qualità e sicurezza alimentare, al fine di vendere solo i migliori prodotti, come se li avessimo prodotti per noi stessi e per le nostre famiglie.
Stiamo cercando qualcuno che sia in grado di rappresentare il nostro DNA reinventando il nostro stand fieristico. Ecco alcune parole chiave della nostra filosofia: qualità, sicurezza alimentare, semplicità, eleganza, pulizia, freschezza, emozioni, sostenibilità, innovazione.
Abbiamo tre dimensioni di stand: 20mq, 35mq e 120mq. Vorremmo una proposta di design di 120mq che sia modulare e possa quindi essere composta e scomposta in base alla disponibilità di spazio delle varie fiere. Nello stand deve esserci lo spazio per i seguenti componenti:
– alcuni tavoli e sedie;
– una cucina che sia adatta ad iniziative di showcooking (dotata di forno a microonde, piani di lavoro, lavello, banconi refrigerati, zona rifiuti);
– due banchi frigo adatti ad esporre i nostri prodotti;
– una piccola zona adibita a magazzino con macchina del caffè;
– due uffici separati in cui poter svolgere incontri e trattative private;
– due info point per coinvolgere i visitatori e dare loro informazioni (strumenti di comunicazione off-line e digitali).
Vorremmo che lo stand fosse funzionale ai nostri processi ma unico allo stesso tempo, e il motivo per cui siamo qui è proprio questo. Innovare nel settore ittico non è cosa semplice e crediamo fortemente che l’innovazione non possa esistere senza una profonda conoscenza della tradizione.
