Thanks for giving this opportunity to design your space. Herewith am submitting my proposal which satisfies all of your requirements.
I have designed this keeping in mind that I cover all of your requirements and below are the description of my design,
1. The openness in space is brought down by making the wall space between Living and Kitchen as low as possible
2. When someone is in Kitchen they can have a clear view of TV running in Living without any disturbance
3. The storage area in bedroom are increased with additional loft in both the bedrooms
4. In option -1 I have decided to keep the washer and dryer in small balcony, but if you want it inside the building I have marked it in option - 2 which is the best position as it satisfies the need of plumbing and sanitary issues and moreover its near to balcony so that clothes can be easily dried in there.
5. The Kids bedroom is chosen in that place because it gives more feel of openness as there is a good space for kids to play and also have view to outside if they get bored.
6. Attached toiled is well designed to meet all your requirements, common toilet is placed such that one can access from bedroom during night time very easily.
7. Living is given the sense of more openness by removing the corridor as much as possible, with the addition of Grand TV unit with study table and storage.
8. Hassle free kitchen with dining table near by for easy dining and cleaning.
