The proposal that I have designed for the "ELE HOUSE" contest meets all the client's requirements.
On the ground floor I placed the main access on the southwest side. There is a garage for two vehicles.
When the owner walks in, the first thing they see is a large yard filled with lots of grass, trees, and small palm trees. When you walk you can see the infinity pool that is located on the first floor and from which water cascades into the central patio.
After going up the steps, he finds himself on a porch where there is an outdoor dining area and also some sofas.
Upon entering the house, we are greeted by a room where there are two large sofas to receive many friends, family and guests. At the front of the room a large entertainment unit to watch movies, listen to music and others.

Behind this piece of furniture is the staircase that communicates with the second floor.
Rooms and private spaces place them in a more reserved area. The bathrooms are imperceptible from the room.
At the end of the wall, on the northeast side, I placed the staircase that leads to the lower floor.
On the northwest side there is a large space containing a kitchen, a dining room and a small living room. All this space communicated directly with the outside.

The second floor can be accessed in two ways. The first can be done by the internal staircase and the other by the external staircase. I have modified this last one to give importance to other spaces.
The studio can function independently, so the owners will be able to receive clients without the need for them to enter the private areas of the house.
The second floor has a single space, where the American kitchen and a living room are. There are two bedrooms, each with an internal bathroom and a dressing room.
The laundry area has everything the client requested, it also has access from the outside.
On the terrace there are sofas and two swings.

The landscaping design that I propose is one that does not require much maintenance, but is very beautiful, especially due to the shape of the plants, their foliage and the flowers of the Strelitzia plant.
