01. The entrance gate is recessed by 4 m to avoid congestion on road. The pedestrian entrance is adjacent to the driveway so as to save space at the ground level thereby accommodating more on the first level's outdoor area. The exterior staircase is retained as it is.

On the first level the garden trail leads to the swimming pool resting on the plot's boundary, surrounded by hedges (to add privacy) on one side and wooden wall panels on the other along the stretch of the garden wall. Plumeria on the pool deck further accentuates the pool, similarly natural finished stone & wood benches adds to the landscape of the garden.
03. On the rear side (north) there's a gazebo for the quiet lower landscape pocket surrounded by trees and shrubs from west to avoid the harsh sunlight. Majorly paver blocks are used for pathways to give more space to softscape (for the land to breathe) enhancing overall landscape quality.
03. The terrace on the west has been kept free flowing with an outdoor dining covered with wooden pergola and creepers, a small barbeque station(optional) and fireplace area accessible from the lounge/living room. It also allows a straight clear path from kitchen to outdoor dining.
04. An open plan intends to use the long and wide stretch of the space on the east side for living space, dining and kitchen area. (It is planned as such that a wall can be added to separate living from kitchen if required).
05. The guest bedroom is located nearer to the main entrance (also allowing a direct entrance from outside) considering the convenience of the elderly.
06. The north corner above staircase is used for bath & utility rooms, prioritizing the main areas' connection to the outdoor.
07. The internal staircase is separated from the main floors on both levels.
08. On the second level, the staircase opens up into a passage for further privacy. The studio is adjacent to the staircase.
09. The larger freer space is used for the double bedroom with an enclosed walk-in-closet. Laundry/ironing room is stacked above the toilet areas, whereas the services of double bedroom and studio room are clubbed together.
