This project was designed to achieve achieve your desires about building a single family house that could be splitted in the future in two town-houses. For that, first, I focused on a good and functional flow chart of the circulation and the position of different uses of the house, trying to connect common uses in nearby areas.
Second, I studied both layouts together, the single family house and the town houses, in order to get a project with less possible changes by the time of the split. As you will see in the project, by following the layout of the family house, you will be able to split without having to renovate too much.
