In the following proposal, the interventions over the construction are minimal. The existing walls will be kept, the only modification will be the door openings. The window opening will also remain the same, but it wanted and legally allowed can be modified.
The stair will be moved in the middle hallway, in this way that space will be used more practically and it will offer the possibility for the other rooms to be zenithal illuminated.
The rooms are organized in the following way:
The first floor will have the main access into a lobby with a changing room, the main hallway with the stair, a bathroom, a living room with an open-space kitchen, a pantry, a technical and washer room, and a guest bedroom with dressing, bathroom and relax area.
The second room it will have a hallway, the master bedroom with dressing and bathroom, a laundry a study and media room, and two bedrooms, both with dressing and bathroom.
