First solution:
A single first floor with: a living room, an open kitchen that can be closed with a movable wooden partition, a dining room open to the living room, a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, two bedrooms for the children, one office, and 3 bathrooms, one of which is small for guests.
Second solution:
First floor with: living room, kitchen, dining room, double bedroom with closet and large walk-in closet, double bedroom, study room and 3 bathrooms, both of which are master. It is located in the master bedroom and an internal staircase that does not occupy much space.
Second floor: 1 kitchen with dining room and small living room, 1 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, one of which is master, located in the master bedroom.
A large terrace containing a large dining table for family gatherings and a special sunbathing area, with the entire terrace covered with sturdy wooden panels to protect it from rain.
All rooms contain one window/French window leading to the balcony, with a large window on the second floor covering the entire wall to allow a greater amount of sun to enter, and this is its purpose.
