The 70 sqm apartment is newly renovated and suitable for a couple of 45 years (no children). The restructuring satisfies us a lot but we would like to have on furniture suggestions. The kitchen and bathroom are already furnished, for this reason in the plan is not indicated the measures and were highlighted as yellow spaces. We were still entered the photos to understand the kitchen style.
The living area was separated from the dining area but the two spaces should be designed as a single living.
The entrance area provides a space for a small closet / dressing area to hang coats, jackets everyday, bags and if possible, at the bottom we would like a container drawer for the slippers. At the top of the locker room we’d get the shelves (closed by doors).
The entrance area is designed specifically to “remove” the bathroom door from the living room. Initially between the two rooms was thought to place the glass / plexiglass plates as booths but the idea does not satisfy us, we’d love some other type of vertical element for separating.
In the area of the living room we have the need to insert a (large) library, the TV (if possible separate from the library), the stereo system for records and CDs and of course three-piece suite.
The dining area already includes a glass table (which can be changed) and a sideboard with everything you need to set the table. Between the dining area and the kitchen has been created (by doubling the backbone) a niche for guitars as to remain visible behind the glass doors. Above these we’d like a couple of shelves (closed) for the rest of the music gig and cameras. Between the input and the niche, it is a large loft housed.
The bedroom already provides a large wardrobe that contains everything we need. For this reason, we would like to draw (instead of comò) a small study area. The bed is to be replaced, the idea is that of a bed with a structure that does not go beyond the size of the mattress (200×160) with a very simple headboard that possibly contains the bedside. Behind the headboard is a long niche 228 cm long and 20 cm was obtained with a LED light for the whole length of the recess.
Coming out of the kitchen through a large French window, you have the balcony (which will include the mere presence of plants) and this leads to the laundry. The laundry room includes a washing machine (which is both a dryer) a closet for various products of cleaning (which also contains a drying rack and table to stretch) and a cabinet with sink. Next to these is expected shoe. The laundry room is a very important area of the house and we’d like that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Above the sink-washing machine-closet is already a loft
COLOR-STYLE-CURTAINS
In all the rooms (except the bathroom) is a clear coulored natural finished parquet and the walls are all strictly white (the bathroom of gray tiles with concrete effect).
The windows should provide all the tents (the view is not that great). We like art, but we prefer to have a few pictures, but big. The style to which we aspire is very minimal with some small antique furniture / modern art. Absolutely not vintage style and carpets.
