I designed two solutions for this project:

1 : Design A: In this design, a room has been designed at the entrance , which can be changed depending on the need (we considered it a laundry), which if it is more suitable for you to have a walk-in closet, you can Use for this purpose.
The kitchen in this design has an island that is suitable for eating breakfast or preparing food.
Also, the walls enclosing the kitchen are designed to be transparent (glass) so that the space can be seen visually larger and also to prevent the smell of food from entering other spaces.
In the greenhouse, I designed the greenhouse a little bigger so that the stairs would be in the closed space of the greenhouse and would be integrated with the semi-closed space of the upper floor (like a duplex house).
The open space of the balcony next to the closed space of the greenhouse works like gardens on the upper floor, which creates a cozy and high-quality space next to the closed spaces.
In this project, I considered the terrace as part of the house where you can study, work at home, have fun, exercise at home as well as sunbathe and get some water. ( like a Studio Flat ).

The kitchen does not have an island to have more open space in it, the wall separating the kitchen and living room has several uses, for example, the breakfast table, the TV table are on it; Of course, in the breakfast table, the door can be opened or closed at the required time.
The dimensions of the greenhouse space were designed according to the submitted plans, and the stairs were placed outdoors on the balcony.
To go to the terrace, you have to go from the closed space of the greenhouse to the open space of the balcony and go up the stairs to reach the terrace space.
In this design, I considered the upper floor (terrace) as an open garden in which spaces such as a small kitchen and a living room (space for relaxation) are designed.
