I have designed two different types of plans for you according to your wishes.
In the first plan, I designed one-story rooms with a bed, a bathroom, a mini-kitchen, and a closet, while maintaining the attic. I included a dining room for breakfast, a kitchen, a storage room, and an office room.
In the second plan, the attic is removed and the ceiling is lower, at a height of 2.7 meters.
In all rooms, a circular staircase leads to the mezzanine, and on the lower floor there is a living room and dining room with a mini-kitchen and a bathroom, and on the mezzanine floor there is a bedroom and a closet.
