One of the biggest challenges is always creating something that we love and enjoy so, the idea was to design simple, intimate, functional and comfortable space.

The floor plan is divided into 2 separate units. Considering the form of the previous apartment, one unit had to be larger than the other.
Since the idea was to create, first of all, intimate and functional space, 2 entrances were main need. From these entrances other rooms were growing to units that has all needed amenities such as:
- Open space living area with kitchen and dining;
- Double bedroom with enough storage space;
- Cozy bathroom/toilet with toilet, sink and shower.

It is also given solution number 2. In this option, the main difference lays in 2 bedroom apartment. In this unit, since there are 2 terrace doors, one bedroom has become larger and has terrace exit. In this solution, the bathroom is lost since the comfortable space was one of the main ideas while designing. The other difference is in the hallway, it became also larger.
The other unit remain with the right wall since there is no guarantee it can be removed. It is made slight difference in dining area and living room furniture disposition.

It is important to say, functionality remained untouched in these two solutions.
