The main intent of the design is to create 2 separate apartments, A & B, without disturbing any existing pipeline & partition. The following functions have been incorporated in the design:
• All the bedroom have queen size bed along with a cupboard & a study area
• Apartment A consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet (existing), a large living area cum dining with kitchen and balcony
• Apartment B consists of 1 bedroom, 1 toilet (existing), living room with dining for 4 people with kitchen and balcony
• One of the existing entrance through the kitchen is closed from inside
• At the entrance, there is a foyer which can be designed with minimal furniture
• 2 separate entrance from the foyer have been designed for both the apartments
• All the rooms receive natural light and natural ventilation
