The planning was done to achieve maximum number of housing unit within the space constraint and minimal alterations. Four spacious family units have been achieved in the following scheme.
Construction in the first floor terrace area can be considered to achieve an additional bedroom for family unit 3. In such case the plan of unit 01 in ground floor can be considered for plan of unit 03 in first floor to create a 2 bedroom unit.
