La soluzione proposta consiste nella rifunzionalizzazione degli ambienti in modo da avere due unità indipendenti di cui una con accesso dall’attuale porta d’ingresso e l’altra con accesso laterale come indicato nelle reference. Le due unità si compongono entrambe di ingresso in stile openspace con cucina e angolo relax, camera che si compone di letto matrimoniale oltre ai vari servizi accessori come ad esempio lo scrittoio, e spazio esterno con tavolo per ospitare fino a sei persone, barbecue e zona lavanderia. Per ottimizzare le spese i bagni vengono proposti in posizione adiacente e dove era collocato quello originario, questi vengono proposti adottando soluzioni funzionali e che al tempo stesso siano accattivanti come ad esempio il box doccia di tipo walk-in. Inoltre entrambe le unità oltre ad essere ben luminose hanno un comodo spazio esterno sempre richiesto ed interessante per mangiare oppure trascorre le serate all’aria aperta. La seconda soluzione presentata invece offre maggiori spazi interni in modo da rendere gli ambienti più confortevoli a scapito degli spazi esterni che sono sempre presenti in entrambe le unità ma di dimensioni minori. In questo modo l’appartamento più grande si trasforma in un trilocale e offre la possibilità di avere due camere di cui una interna e l’altra che trova spazio in parte dell’attuale terrazza.

The proposed solution consists in the refunctionalization of the rooms in order to have two independent units, one with access from the current entrance door and the other with lateral access as indicated in the references. The two units both consist of an open space style entrance with kitchen and relaxation corner, a bedroom which consists of a double bed as well as various additional services such as a desk, and an outdoor space with a table to accommodate up to six people, barbecue and area laundry. To optimize costs, the bathrooms are proposed in an adjacent position and where the original one was located, these are proposed by adopting functional solutions that are at the same time attractive such as the walk-in type shower cubicle. Furthermore, both units, in addition to being very bright, have a comfortable outdoor space that is always in demand and interesting for eating or spending the evenings in the open air. The second solution presented instead offers more internal spaces in order to make the rooms more comfortable at the expense of the external spaces which are always present in both units but smaller in size. In this way the larger apartment is transformed into a three-room apartment and offers the possibility of having two bedrooms, one internal and the other which finds space in part of the current terrace.
