For the fulfillment of the order, a solution is proposed that aims to guarantee the requirements of the project, optimizing the space to create two fully functional housing units.
One of the main project operations was to gain interior space by taking part of the existing terrace as suggested by the client. The bathrooms are developed in the space corresponding to the current bathroom to minimize construction and installation costs, in addition the current access of the property is maintained to be able to naturally ventilate these two new bathrooms generated.
Among all the design premises outlined, the comfort in rooms of each unit and direct access from them to the terrace space are prioritized. Kitchen and dining room are integrated into the same space where an island is part of the kitchen work area and at the same time space for breakfast and meals
