I present your renovated kitchen and living room. The wall that separates the kitchen from the living room was removed. So a nice open space was created. I built a new storage room - a closet (next to the bathroom) with a cushy entrance.
You can place horizontal shelves for products and a mobile rails with a ladder as you wish. The closet is separated from the kitchen with a sliding door and access directly from the kitchen. The products you need are always available to you.
In the kitchen, I have made a kitchen island with cabinets and 4 chairs that your children can stand and write home while cooking or sit and do something on your computer. The kitchen area is separated from the living room and the dining room with a cubicle and plants . So the plants create a natural partition wall between the kitchen and living room and bring life into the room.

The materials I chose for the kitchen are wooden boards for the cabinets with beautiful wood patterns, the kitchen countertops are made of concrete, the plaster is made of concrete and the back of the kitchen is made of hexagonal concrete tiles, which perfectly combine with the large hexagonal tiles on the floor. Part of the wall is designed with black plaster and rails for hanging ladles, forks, pans and anything you choose.
The kitchen is clean, simple and modern, the kitchen appliances are modern and quality, built-in refrigerator, stove, oven, aspirator and microwave oven. All electric appliances belong to one company - FRANKE, which you can find in Napoli
In the dining area I chose a large dining table for 8 people with a beautiful black lamp as an accent. Your sofa is preserved as you wish. The walls in the living room are the main color accent in marine blue wallpaper. The flooring is natural parquet of wide boards, which brings warmth and coziness into the living area. I have put in the dark colors - black and graphite, and wooden furniture, as well as a wooden kitchen with black countertops and walls. All materials are natural - stone, wood, concrete. And the plants bring extra comfort. Most of the furniture and lighting fixtures are from the Polish store - Black Red White, 2-3 of the IKEA. All modern and quality kitchen equipment from a store in Naples - FRANKE, as well as flooring. I have also selected exemplary companies in Napoli who can make this kitchen manually. The price will depend on the mechanisms you choose on the ground. The project value is tailored to your budget of € 30,000 and will not be exceeded.

Vi presento la vostra cucina e soggiorno rinnovati. Il muro che separa la cucina dal soggiorno è stato rimosso. Quindi è stato creato un bel spazio aperto. Ho costruito un nuovo ripostiglio - un armadio (accanto al bagno) con un comodo ingresso.
Puoi posizionare i ripiani orizzontali per i prodotti e le guide mobili con una scala a tuo piacimento. L'armadio è separato dalla cucina con una porta scorrevole e accesso diretto dalla cucina. I prodotti di cui hai bisogno sono sempre a tua disposizione.
In cucina, ho realizzato un'isola da cucina con armadietti e 4 sedie che i vostri bambini possono sopportare e scrivere a casa mentre cucinano o siedono e fanno qualcosa sul vostro computer. La zona cucina è separata dal soggiorno e dalla sala da pranzo con un cubicolo e piante. Così le piante creano una parete divisoria naturale tra la cucina e il soggiorno e portano la vita nella stanza.
In cucina ho tenuto il posto di affondare, quindi non dovrai fare grossi cambiamenti con l'impianto idraulico.
