Dear customer,
the project is based on a total renovation of the apartment. I developed as required:
- 1 living room open space with linear kitchen, table, wall-equipped TV and sofa;
- 1 bedroom for girls with fitted loft bed system and desks;
- 1 masterbedroom with double bed and wardrobe with TV area;
- 1 bathroom with shower niche;
- 1 storage / laundry room;
- 2 compartments ceiling storages, the big one is on the hall and it's accessible from openings in the living room and girls bedroom.
I got the room for the girls in the space where is the actual kitchen, so you can have the window in the room. I have not found it necessary to create another bathroom since I have designed a large one for three persons and to not take up space from other environments.
I chose light colors for the furniture, upholstery, painting and floor.

il progetto si basa su una ristrutturazione totale dell'appartamento. Ho sviluppato come richiesto:
- 1 soggiorno open space con cucina in linea, tavolo, parete TV attrezzata e divano;
- 1 cameretta per le bambine con sistema letti armadi a soppalco e scrivanie;
- 1 camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e armadio con zona TV;
- 1 bagno con doccia in nicchia;
- 1 ripostiglio/lavanderia;
- 2 scomparti ripostiglio a soffitto, di cui uno grande posto sull'ingresso e accessibile da aperture poste in soggiorno e in cameretta.
Ho ricavato la camera per le bambine nello spazio in cui si trova l'attuale cucina, in modo da poter avere la finestra nella stanza. Non ho ritenuto necessario creare un altro bagno poiché ne ho progettato uno ampio per tre persone e per non sottrarre spazio agli altri ambienti.
Ho scelto colori chiari per gli arredi, i rivestimenti, la pittura ed il pavimento.
