The design is done based on Umbria region, to fit well with the surrounding and its materials, its interior and exterior as well. The first floor has changes to make the space bigger and more luminous with the big windows. Also I thought that you need a space to work or read in peace and since the living room and kitchen had enough space, a studio room was much needed. The first floor has four bedroom and a bathroom as requested. Rooms have spacious area and are organized to fit well with the roof pitch.
I thought that the exterior needed some refreshment and modified the façade a little with materials that melt with the existing ones and the entrance awning. The design aim was, with little budged to created a brand new house. The garden created a really cozy for friends and family atmosphere for gatherings. Besides the gazebo, i thought to create a space to stay and relax near the pool in the sun, by designing the lounge area with cousins. This garden gave the house a really fantastic look and not to mention the weight on its own.
All the changes are doable without any trouble, don’t worry. Hope that you enjoy the project 😊
