Thank you for this great project, I have attached the files you need, you can see the rendering that I attached, I tried to make the corner side modern but with a good and harmonious transition, but I tried to maintain the metal with the metal color, so I made the walls in the modern area still have a gray color, so that the impression of the interior which has a dark dominance, still matches the existing exterior, and I tried to use white wall panels to create a harmonious transition between the classic and modern sides.

You can also see a short 3d animation video by scanning the barcode in the last image, I made this so that you better understand the image I made.
