I designed a modern two-story house with a total floor area of 100 sqm (50 sqm per floor), optimizing the layout by extending the structure to the side borders. This approach maximizes the available space while leaving a generous yard area, providing flexibility for future expansions or renovations.

The architectural style is a fusion of modern and futuristic elements with earthy tones, creating a balanced aesthetic between contemporary design and natural warmth. The façade features striking geometric forms, a combination of glass block panels, vertical louvers, and natural wood finishes, contributing to both privacy and visual interest.

The ground floor is designed for open-plan living, integrating the kitchen, dining, and living areas seamlessly with the outdoor pool and garden. A service area, including a laundry and mudroom, is tucked away for functionality. The second floor houses the private spaces, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bath and two additional bedrooms sharing a common bathroom.

The site planning emphasizes a well-organized community layout, with each unit maintaining privacy while benefiting from a shared architectural language. The combination of large glass openings, natural materials, and thoughtful spatial planning ensures a bright, airy, and comfortable living environment.
