The façade of the building is defined by strong lines. Vertical lines mark the separation between villas, while horizontal slabs divide the levels and create terraces. The structure consists of light grey reinforced concrete, with a generously glazed façade accented by off-white brick elements, giving the exterior light and clean appearance. Inside, the grey concrete contrasts with warm wooden finishes, used extensively in furniture and storage. The interiors feature modern classic furniture pieces.

The development consists of 10 villas arranged in three blocks (4+4+2), ensuring each unit has one singular garden. This layout also allows for a more efficient and cost-effective construction, as villas share parts of the foundations, structural walls, and shafts for kitchens and bathrooms.

The main axis runs east-west, maximizing sunlight for all 10 units. Additionally, six of the villas have their living room and master bedrooms facing south. The ground floor is designed as an open-plan space, combining the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Kitchen cabinets align with wardrobes along the wall, creating a sleek and seamless look. The upper floor houses three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom, while the top floor features an outdoor terrace with greenery.

With only the external and staircase walls being structural, the interior layout can be customized by future residents. For example, they can create two larger bedrooms instead of three or separate the kitchen/dining area.

Throughout the site, Italian stone pines (Pinus pinea), native to the region, are planted to enhance the connection with nature and provide shade during warmer months.
