I hereby send you Apartment and Duplex Plans for you.
My design is to maintain a supporting building that suits you. Supporting Buildings as placement Apartments on the ground floor and 1st floor are added new foundations to enable the construction of apartments on the 1st floor. For duplexes and offices use old buildings with the addition of walls to obtain space functions. Likewise with stairs using old stairs that are adjusted so as not to influence the old supporting building for 1st floor apartments.
For apartment units consisting of a living room that can be converted into office space and guest bedroom equipped with toilets, the main bedroom has a view to the sea with equipped bathrooms (shower, closet, bidet, washtafel) there are also kitchen and dining facilities .
For shared events between residents of the Apartment there are kitchen facilities for restaurants on the ground floor.
So many of these design contests I hope you give the project and are interested in my design.
